The Collections Specialist role is one of Finance’s main customer facing positions which supports Account Receivable function including dispute resolution and customer service. Individuals in this role are required to achieve company goals and maintain overdue %, follow up with customers via calls and email in order to ensure timely collections. Role Purpose:

Following processes set out in the SOPs, Researchers are verifying information provided by Candidates and inputting the outcome of their work into a Client facing report. Researchers are following processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors on the required productivity and quality of work. This role covers entry level and more experienced Researchers, as well as Verifications conducted in English, as well as French.
Verification's Researchers will be ensuring a first class Customer and Candidate experience through verifying (as applicable) standard education, employment and professional qualifications components of the screening package utilizing available resources such as telephone, email, internet, etc. Other duties may also be assigned.
Work must be completed in the Ontario area due to licensing requirements.

In this role you will design, build, and deliver user interface components using React.js concepts, workflows, and techniques powering the platform used by our customers every day. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and QA to support our applications and implement new features and improvements. You will also ensure that the application is scalable and robust by working closely with the backend team.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to understand database requirements and produce options/solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of MongoDB management including Database design, capacity management, security, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and automation.

Handles the day-to-day tactical supervision of all IT audit programs, including annual SOX compliance.
This role will be expected to manage audit planning, executing fieldwork, managing projects, and reporting audit results. This includes assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control weaknesses/process improvements, and proposing corrective action recommendations. Areas of coverage include internal controls over financial reporting, information security, FCRA, data privacy, and internal operational processes. This role will require the ability to execute multiple concurrent projects, learn new subject matter quickly, and complete work using creativity and resourcefulness.
The D365 Specialist is responsible for writing business requirements and helping translate them into appropriate functional and technical specifications to be used by the technology teams in new feature development and testing for a portfolio of finance and accounting applications, with a focus Dynamics 365 F&O. The Business Analyst will work with business end users to learn, analyze and document current business processes and application functionality as well as new requirements.

Court Runners will process requests in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors on the required productivity and quality of work.
This is a Hybrid position - part of the work will be performed at the a District Court House in MA. District Court Location choice could be: Ayer, Cambridge, Concord, Framingham, Malden, Marlborough, Newton. Some work thereafter may be partially performed from home.
- The Court Runner will travel to courthouses to conduct research onsite to provide criminal or civil case information for the purpose of a Candidate’s background check
- Court Runners will use various criminal and civil court computer indexes, as well as engaging with court clerk staff when necessary to provide complete and accurate case information
- Court Runners will verify information provided by Candidates and will input case information into the HireRight WebCourt portal
The Proposal Writer will develop answers to prospect requests for proposals, work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategy and proposal content, and distribute proposal submissions. You will need to rely on strong editing skills to ensure the highest quality proposals to help HireRight win new business. This team member reports to the Sr. Manager of Proposals.
To be successful in this role you must be a self-starter and willing to take personal responsibility to learn our business. You must also be highly results oriented and have solid organizational and communication skills. You must be willing and able to work across all divisions of the company to get answers, commitments and generally ensure comprehensive proposals.
Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST
