Overview

Be part of an experienced Strategic Alliances Team to drive HireRight revenue growth through 3rd party solution collaboration, expansion, and growth. In this role you will build out and execute a strategic model for solution partnerships, ensuring the model is effective, sustainable, and aligned with the HireRight objectives, driving mutual benefits for both parties and providing best in class solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, manage, and grow a Solution Partnership strategy.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to determine all facets of reselling solution extension.
  • Optimize value of partner solution offerings.
  • Drive partner growth activities through field sales engagement and track joint sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets and key sales objectives.
  • Consistently analyze, track and measure Partner performance to determine whether the partnership is adequately leveraging its business advantage and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to position and sell solutions, pipeline management, Marketing to develop demand activities; Product to identify enhancements and additional solutions, and Contracts to ensure terms and conditions are met and negotiated if necessary.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skill

  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership contracts.
  • Proven strong partnership building skills to develop high value partner programs and partner relationships with HCM or technology industry-leading organizations.
  • Develops and implements annual business plans for Partners including, but not limited to, alignment to business objectives, opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets to drive sales growth.
  • Explain difficult concepts and persuade others to adopt a mutually beneficial point of view.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, resourceful and driven, with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organization and follow through skills.

 

Scope of Impact

  • Responsibility for performance and results.
  • Maintain contract compliance and deliverables for both the partnership and customer delivery and support.
  • Makes prompt, sound decisions when faced with complex situations resulting in successful outcomes.
  • Identifies and resolves channel related challenges.
  • Facilitates resolution of customer escalations with accountable resources.
  • Interacts with management both within and outside of work unit.
  • Situations may have little or no precedent requiring original or new concepts or approaches with minimal guidance from others.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner and channel program management.
  • Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
  • Building and executing successful partner programs to drive incremental revenue. Alignment to programs in a SaaS environment preferred but not required.
  • Project management from inception to completion.
  • Building multi-threaded relationships.
  • Background screening or Human Capital Management experience preferred but not required.
