Overview

The primary responsibility of an Integration Support Specialist is to provide post go-live support for HireRight integration partners, Clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to coordinate and solve complex technical data communication and integration issues.
  • Work from ticket queue and take ownership of items
  • Analyze Integration Technical Issues; track path to closure
  • Work with Development, providing steps to reproduce possible defects
  • Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.
  • Provide customers and internal teams with support on technical integration issues.
  • Communicate with external customers to clarify integration failures as needed to resolve

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn within a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of XML, Network Infrastructure
  • OpTool knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Database operations, Logfile review
  • Experience tracking items and owning issues
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented.
  • Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be a self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Education:  High School diploma or GED required.
