Overview

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless onboarding and setup of new accounts across Latin America. This role will also integrate key account management responsibilities, ensuring strong client relationships and ongoing account optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative, working closely with sales executives, account managers, customer service, and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational support for the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of processes.
• Assist in researching and managing account setups, including user permissions, product pricing, and contract addendums.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, account management, onboarding, compliance) to ensure smooth internal workflows.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Office) to track and maintain key sales data.
Onboarding & Account Setups
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accounts are correctly configured and activated.
• Collaborate with the customer onboarding team to address any implementation challenges and optimize client setup.
• Ensure new accounts are fully aligned with product offerings, pricing structures, and service agreements.
Account Management & Client Support
• Serve as an operational point of contact for key accounts, supporting account managers with data insights and reporting.
• Assist in quarterly and annual business reviews, providing statistical usage reports and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with sales and account managers to drive additional revenue.
• Support pricing negotiations and proposals, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Sales Support.
• Fluent in Portuguese (desirable) and Spanish (mandatory), with solid communication skills in both languages.
• Strong knowledge of account setup processes, CRM tools (Salesforce, Optool), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with international teams.
• Experience in the Latin American market is a plus.
