Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all Americas business locations.

Responsibilities

The Recruitment Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all Americas business locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance,
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, contracts, legal etc.),
  • Involved in supporting recruiting: interview scheduling, background checks, adjudication, offer/welcome packet compilation and drug test coordination,
  • Answer AskHR tickets related to the Talent Acquisition group (e.g. New Requisition Requests, etc.)
  • Perform onboarding with new hires. Coordinate, enter and track TA related information as needed.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyzes information, proactively communicates, generates suggestions for improving work and develops alternative solutions,
  • Maintain records of pending and approved requisitions, hiring and onboarding data and ensure all requirements are met,
  • Formulating methods to improve Talent Acquisition policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management,
  • Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities,
  • Manage vendors from onboarding to closure in a highly compliance driven environment. Track and manage all vendors, pay invoices, agencies, contracts and payments etc.,
  • Collect, input, verify, correct and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual verses business objectives,
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, training events, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda,
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, and support other functions as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or GED required • BA/BS Degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position,
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices,
  • Strong ability in using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook,
  • Experience with HR databases, HRIS systems, LMS systems and applicant tracking systems,
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities,
  • Experience with identifying problems and creating solutions,
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality,
  • Good organizational and time management skills,
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

 Knowledge & Skill:

  • Entry level for more complex support and administrative functions.
  • Applies generally straightforward methods or procedures.
  • Requires good knowledge, experience, and skill of standardized rules procedures or operations on a variety of activities requiring training and experience.
  • May require specialized skills in administrative or technical fields.
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Be able to proactively solve typical or moderately complex problems.

 Scope of Impact:

  • May assist in orienting, training, and checking the work of lower level employees.
  • Has personal responsibility for complex administrative and/or technical support.
  • Has latitude to decide the order in which they are to be done.
