Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, GTM Enablement & Training to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement programs for our global Go-to-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management. This role will be responsible for building scalable onboarding, functional training, and ongoing development programs that drive consultative selling excellence, improve productivity, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement strategy. They will partner cross-functionally to ensure GTM teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop the end-to-end enablement strategy for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management teams, aligned with business goals and GTM priorities.
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs focused on product knowledge, sales methodologies, client engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead onboarding program development and execution, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a GTM skill matrix to guide hiring, development, and performance management. Partner with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to build and maintain product certification programs that support consultative selling.
  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness using business-aligned KPIs.
  • Drive adoption and ROI of GTM tools through training, vendor management, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or talent development, with a focus on GTM teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Proven track record of building scalable enablement programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success designing and delivering training programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training evaluation.
  • Experience developing eLearning content and managing LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of GTM functions and tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.).
