Overview

HireRight seeks an Enterprise Applications Architect to design, deliver, and scale enterprise applications solutions that connect business strategy with technology innovation. This role drives architecture for enterprise applications including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and enterprise integrations, ensuring systems deliver measurable value across global operations. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain the enterprise applications architecture roadmap, ensuring a cohesive and scalable vision for HireRight’s enterprise applications platforms including Salesforce, D365 F&O, CX-One, UKG, and others. 
  • Integration & Interoperability: Develop and execute integration strategy leveraging APIs, middleware, and data services. 
  • Business Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating complex technical concepts and capabilities into clear business value. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions with product owners, developers, and senior executives to gather requirements and gain alignment. 
  • Technology Strategy & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending solutions that drive business transformation and operational excellence. 
  • Governance & Standards: Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices across projects and teams. 
  • Solution Design: Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring implementations adhere to best practice patterns, scalability, and security requirements. 
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle, ensuring robust and resilient solutions. 
  • Documentation & Communication: Create high-quality architecture diagrams, solution documents, and technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach development teams, fostering a culture of architectural discipline and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise applications architecture, with demonstrable expertise in Salesforce and D365 F&O solution delivery. 
  • Strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, high-performing integrations with large-cloud based applications 
  • Proven ability to articulate technology strategies and solution benefits to business stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture (Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce DX) and D365 F&O architecture (application modules, extensions, data entities, security model). 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, and ESB frameworks). 
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. 
  • Salesforce and/or Microsoft certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect) strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

Desired Skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges. 
  • Ability to build consensus and influence decisions in cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience with other SaaS platforms and enterprise applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) an asset. 
  • Knowledge of data modeling, information management, and security best practices. 
  • Business acumen to understand HireRight’s industry, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 
  • Comfortable leading change initiatives and digital transformation programs.
