Overview

The IAM Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems within the organization. This role ensures that users have appropriate access to systems and data, supports security initiatives, and maintains compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Secondary responsibilities will be building/reimaging machines, deploying software, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and printers. 

 

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite: Tues, Wed, Thurs) based in our Nashville, TN Corporate Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Primary user administration – Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Entra, Salesforce, Tableau and other business applications. 
  • Primary user administration – Access management, Duo and OKTA MFA administration. 
  • Primary for file and print share administration. 
  • Assist with troubleshooting and monitoring internal and external customer application issues. 
  • Assist with sourcing and maintaining hardware- asset tracking, hardware provisioning, forming, and maintaining vendor relationships 
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and printers 

Qualifications

Education: 

  • High School diploma or GED required.  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience preferred  
  • ITIL Foundations and Microsoft certifications preferred 

 

Knowledge & Skill: 

  • Good understanding of Active Directory roles, structure, and function. 
  • Junior to mid-level support and administrative functions.  
  • Applies generally straightforward industry best practices or procedures.  
  • Requires good knowledge, experience, and skill of standardized rules, procedures, or operations on a variety of activities requiring training and experience.  
  • Is expected to work through typical or moderately complex problems but may require occasional guidance or direction.  
  • May require specialized skills in administrative or technical fields. 
  • Experience using a software deployment platform such as InTune is a plus. 
  • Virtualization Environment experience (W365 preferred). 
  • Experience with Jira ticketing system
