The Lead Data Insights and Solutions Engineer for HireRight Insights sits within the Business Intelligence organization and serves as the primary analytics point of contact for the HireRight Insights Product Manager and related stakeholders. This role is responsible for providing high‑quality, trusted insights that support the strategy, roadmap prioritization, and outcome measurement of the HireRight Insights customer‑facing dashboard.
While reporting into Business Intelligence, this role operates in close partnership with the HireRight Insights Product Manager, acting as a strategic advisor who translates product questions, customer needs, and roadmap initiatives into analytical frameworks, metrics, and insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence decisions within an agile product environment.
This role also provides analytical leadership and hands‑on development for the HireRight Insights dashboard, ensuring consistent standards, clear requirements, and alignment between product needs and enterprise reporting practices.
