Overview

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist role leads the operational backbone of the Latin America sales organization, while adding a strong analytical layer to identify growth opportunities. In addition to traditional sales ops responsibilities, this position will develop data-driven models to support expansion and sales effectiveness.

 

This is a hybrid role located in our Mexico City office.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline tracking, forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Support quota planning, territory structure, and performance monitoring.
  • Build analytical models to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide insights to AMs and Sales leaders to prioritize growth efforts.
  • Improve sales processes, tools, and operational discipline.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership on performance analysis.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced Excel/CRM/data modeling capabilities.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales organizations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Law, Human Resources preferred).
  • Languages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English; Portuguese is preferred.
  • Experience: minimum of 3 years in a similar role required
  • Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and sales analytics platforms.

Location

  • Ciudad de México, Mexico — hybrid in office (3 days per week)

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: VP, General Manager LatAm.

Travel Expectations

  • No travel required.
