The EWS Program Manager serves as the end‑to‑end owner of the Extended Workforce Solutions (EWS) vendor onboarding program, established in response to rapid program growth. This role is responsible for building a scalable, consistent, data‑driven onboarding model that accelerates vendor readiness, reduces internal friction, and improves conversion to direct HireRight buyers. Functioning as a hybrid role, it blends program‑level ownership with project management support as needed, ensuring readiness at scale while stepping in to manage complex sponsor onboarding during lower‑volume periods.
