Overview

The EWS Program Manager serves as the endtoend owner of the Extended Workforce Solutions (EWS) vendor onboarding program, established in response to rapid program growth. This role is responsible for building a scalable, consistent, datadriven onboarding model that accelerates vendor readiness, reduces internal friction, and improves conversion to direct HireRight buyers. Functioning as a hybrid role, it blends programlevel ownership with project management support as needed, ensuring readiness at scale while stepping in to manage complex sponsor onboarding during lowervolume periods.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Ownership

  • Serve as the single owner of the EWS onboarding program across all vendors, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Redesign, document, standardize, and continuously improve the vendor onboarding journey.
  • Own all onboarding materials: documentation, guides, templates, training content, and process maps.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes that support large-volume vendor growth.
  • Coordinate all onboarding-related changes with Sales, AM, CS, Credentialing, Compliance, Product, and RevOps.

Vendor Enablement & Training

  • Deliver recurring group-based onboarding sessions for vendors.
  • Create or update training assets, enablement materials, and self-service content.
  • Ensure onboarding communication is clear, consistent, and tailored to vendor needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Act as the central triage point for all onboarding-related issues.
  • Ensure stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined, documented, and followed.
  • Improve clarity of handoffs across Sales, AM, CS, Credentialing, and Compliance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for blockers impacting vendor readiness.

Metrics, Reporting & Insights

  • Define and track onboarding KPIs, including time-to-ready and vendor drop-off points.
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to build dashboards and reporting models.
  • Use data and frontline insights to drive continuous improvements.

Project Management Support (as needed)

  • Support sponsor implementations when onboarding volume is low.
  • Apply PM discipline to strategic or complex onboarding initiatives.

Expected Impact:

  • Vendors move through onboarding faster, improving speed-to-revenue.
  • Increased vendor readiness and higher conversion to direct HireRight buyers.
  • Greater consistency and less operational friction across internal teams.
  • A scalable onboarding model aligned to FY26 EWS growth goals.
  • Clear ownership, improved documentation, and aligned cross-functional processes.
  • Program improvements driven by data, feedback, and operational insight.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management, project management, onboarding, or enablement experience.
  • Experience building or scaling self-serve onboarding programs strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to create training content, playbooks, enablement materials, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially for group sessions.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and reporting on program metrics.
  • Industry experience with background screening, compliance, or vendor ecosystems is advantageous.
