Role Purpose: The Customer Service Specialist works with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail or instant chat. Each request must be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.   Must be fully bilingual in English & French Canadian

Researcher role is fundamental to the Service Delivery model of HireRight. Following processes set out in the SOPs, Researchers are verifying information provided by Candidates and inputting the outcome of their work into a Client facing report. Researchers are following processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors on the required productivity and quality of work. This role covers entry level and more experienced Researchers, as well as Verifications conducted in English, as well as other languages (as required). Public Records Researchers are responsible for the day-to-day process of completing (as applicable) criminal, credit and DB records for Clients, consistent with all HireRight guidelines. Other duties may also be assigned.   The majority of this position will be on-site processing mail requests. This position will require the individual to obtain a Security Clearance form the Federal Government as well as be a Notary or willing to become one.

This role is responsible for selling HireRight's on demand employment screening solutions and services to midsize clients, who generally carry an annual sales target of $500k - $1.5MM. These, targets are realized through managing a defined territory and through working with HireRight’s strategic integration partners for lead generation.

The Sales Engineering Manager will be a player coach that manages a team of Sales Engineers as well as is a Sales Engineering resource that deliver high-impact consulting, best-practice, guidance to our largest prospects and customers and develop tools and methods that will be leveraged by our mid-size and smaller clients. As a leader of the Sales Engineering team, the manager will be responsible for upskilling all team members, creating opportunities to for junior team members to shadow and learn from more experienced team members, providing on going performance and skill improvement feedback and continuing to evolve the way the Sales engineers partners and supports the GTM team throughout the sales process.  This role needs a leader that is knowledgeable about HireRight product and processes, can collaborate extensively cross functionally to solution internally for the best support, most effective transition of client from sales to implementations and is able to partner with the product team to ensure that product build and GTM strategy aligns with the client needs, industry trends and there is a continuous feedback loop to ongoing product development. The Sales Engineer will leverage their deep and wide experience within the background screening industry to understand the customer’s needs and requirements, as well as identifying gaps and areas for program optimization. They will then deliver a comprehensive set of service options and end-to-end solutions.  This is a customer-facing, technical role that requires deep, detailed knowledge of the screening industry and of HireRight products, services, and processes.

This role will report to the VP Global Sales Enablement.  The Solutions Consulting Manager will be a player coach that manages a team of Solutions Consultants as well as is a Solutions Consultant resource that delivers high-impact consulting, best-practice value messaging and guidance to our largest prospects and customers. As a leader of the Solutions Consulting, the manager will be responsible for upskilling all team members, creating opportunities to for junior team members to shadow and learn from more experienced team members, providing on going performance and skill improvement feedback and continuing to evolve the way the Solutions Consultants partners and supports the GTM team throughout the sales process.  This role needs a leader that is knowledgeable about HireRight product and processes, can collaborate extensively cross functionally to solution internally and has a high degree of motivation to create a team of industry best practices consultants that drive differentiating value messaging to the market on behalf of HireRight.  This leader must feel comfortable working with external partners, be able to drive projects forward with minimal oversight, be focused on partnering with other sales enablement team members and GTM team members to elicit strategic value messaging from our client and newly onboarded client base.  This role will collaborate extensively with the EMEA Sales Enablement role to build a template to measure the before and after program metrics of newly onboarded and existing clients to drive value calculation tools that differentiate HireRight’s ability to show quantifiable value to clients that select HireRight.

This role is responsible for selling HireRight's on demand employment screening solutions and services to Enterprise clients (5k – 14,999 employees)—including multi- national clients—and generally carries an annual sales target of $750k to $1.9MM. These targets are realized through managing a defined territory in order to proactively generate leads and acting up on provided leads

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated data analytics solutions that drive business decisions. This role demands extensive experience with Power BI, and familiarity with Data Lakehouse platforms like Databricks. The candidate should be capable of engaging with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and transform them into actionable analytics solutions. 

Role Purpose: Court Runners will process requests in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors on the required productivity and quality of work.   This is a Hybrid position - part of the work will be performed at the Lowell District Court House. Some work thereafter may be partially performed from home. - The Court Runner will travel to courthouses to conduct research onsite to provide criminal or civil case information for the purpose of a Candidate’s background check - Court Runners will use various criminal and civil court computer indexes, as well as engaging with court clerk staff when necessary to provide complete and accurate case information - Court Runners will verify information provided by Candidates and will input case information into the HireRight WebCourt portal

Account Director will primarily manage enterprise-level customers, including multi-national customers representing broad product use. Generally, the role will support accounts with annual revenue $700k to $3MM.

We are currently seeking a lawyer to join HireRight’s in-house global Legal team to provide general commercial contracting counsel and support to the HireRight group companies worldwide.  This individual will be required to work on a variety of matters in support of the organization’s expanding global business, focusing primarily on the matters listed below under “Accountabilities.”  Candidates should have at least 3 years or more PQE, with relevant commercial contracting legal experience, ideally working for both a law firm and an in-house legal team.  Experience in a regulated industry and with data privacy issues is a plus.   The role demands a high level of attention to detail and time management skills to meet strict deadlines, and the ability to communicate and build relationships with internal clients at all levels across HireRight’s network of offices, as well as with HireRight’s external clients. HireRight Engineering team is looking for a motivated React Software Developer to join our team of professionals. In this role you will design, build, and deliver user interface components using React.js concepts, workflows, and techniques powering the platform used by our customers every day. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and QA to support our applications and implement new features and improvements. You will also ensure that the application is scalable and robust by working closely with the backend team.

The Software Engineer position is responsible for the implementation of software application subsystems and services. This position will be required to lead small development projects and guide them through to implementation. They are also responsible for reviewing and analyzing business requirements, creating Functional Specifications, and implementing software designs.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to understand database requirements and produce options/solutions. - Provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of MongoDB management including Database design, capacity management, security, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and automation. - Ensure the performance and reliability of the MongoDB and NoSQL Database environment inclusive of both cloud and on-premises systems. - Conduct advanced troubleshooting for performance problems and query optimization. - Work with project management, infrastructure, portfolio teams, and developers in coordinating system-wide updates, upgrades, and patch management. - Proactively provide recommendations and coordinates the direction for the implementation of enhancements or changes that may involve custom design, optional software, and third-party products to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the systems. - Monitor and maintain performance metrics for systems.
